Sports coaching graduate & former heptathlete. Adela's dedication to training, studying & working simultaneously gained her numerous titles & university records in athletics whilst achieving 1st Class Honours.
Her passion for fitness is evident in her teaching approach, learning from the best in the business through 7 year's industry experience. Level 3 Ante & Post Natal Exercise specialist with first hand experience.
Motherhood opened a new chapter in her life. Her son was born & quickly she realised that her passion for exercise had come to a halt. Not only was childcare pricey, but she didn't want to miss out on time with her baby. Adela realised she could use her knowledge & experience in a new, exciting way... that's when MummaFit was born!
